A 4 track EP in honour of the mantis, which contains over 2,400 species.

The name mantis is derived from the Ancient Greek meaning 'prophet' and each track here is carefully crafted to reflect their key characteristic, its fragility, being a stealth ambush predator, camouflaging themselves, remaining stationary and waiting.

Michael Donoghue plays the long game on Mantes EP. Delicate tones enticing the listener in, patiently tracks build their calm rhythmic layers into unfolding soundscapes.
